Here are some tips on how to get the most out of your Wax Worx candles:

Never burn your candle for more than 2-3 hours at a time
Candles should be burned for no more than 2-3 hours.  Allow them to cool completely before relighting.

Keep your wick trimmed
Your candle wick should be trimmed to 1/4″ and this should be done when you have extinguished your candle after burning and before relighting.

Adjust your wick
Keep your wick centred at all times.  After extinguishing the candle, centre the wick before wax has dried completely.  An uncentered wick may cause the candle to burn unevenly and also cause your container to become hot.

When to discontinue use
When 1/2″ of wax is remaining in your container, discontinue use so as to prevent heat damage to surface and breakage/damage of the container

Safety when burning
Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep away from draft, pets or anything flammable.

Prevent rings and tunnelling
Allow your candles liquify from edge to edge every time you burn it before extinguishing to prevent memory rings which will lead to tunnelling.
